- Built the team's AI sales-ops stack. Claude and n8n for lead enrichment and post-call scorecards, persona-bucketed LinkedIn outreach, Boolean search across a 3.5M+ talent pool, and a 27-column outreach tracker.
- Own a custom pipeline dashboard in Google Sheets and Apps Script tracking leads across seven source channels with real-time SQL to HR to Client conversion.
- Hold commercial terms under pushback, find the real decision-maker behind the form-filler, and coordinate MSA and engagement terms across more than ten countries, the US, the UK, Germany, and Australia among them.

Sales Representative to Sales Supervisor

- Joined as a Sales Representative while finishing the PGDM at Humber, then moved up to Sales Supervisor running three retail locations and a team of five across the Greater Toronto Area.
- Owned daily revenue, training, shift operations, and KPI tracking. Beat targets through consultative selling to a multicultural customer base across the Chatr and Rogers brands.
- Moved into outbound B2B small-business sales, prospecting across the GTA for connectivity packages and owning the full cycle from cold outreach to signed agreement.

- Researched tier-three and tier-four town expansion and onboarded 30+ restaurant partners a quarter through outbound and discovery calls.
- Negotiated partnership contracts and ran product demos to secure favourable terms.
